About Mel and Ali

Welcome to our website.  We have been effectively working in the real estate industry for a combined total of 25 years.  Mel, who's chief experience includes real estate investing, is the primary negotiator; while Ali provides crucial technical support, allowing us to stay on top of the current property inventory.

We have been married for 21 years and have 4 children.  We love Santa Cruz, and have both lived here for 35 years.
